Supply

We source and supply playground equipment from all major brands, with no restrictions on type or size. Whether you are equipping a new build primary school, a housing development play area, or a council-managed park, we work to your brief and budget.

Installation

Our installation teams handle projects from a single day to two weeks, depending on scope and scale. With a 12-week lead time from order to completion, we give clients a clear programme to plan around — and every installation is managed by trained, CSCS-carded operatives.

Maintenance and Inspection

We provide scheduled playground maintenance and formal safety inspections in line with RoSPA and EN 1176 guidelines. All inspections are carried out by RPII-registered inspectors and followed by a written report, giving you a documented compliance trail.

Safety and Compliance

Pro Ground Services Ltd is a member of the Register of Play Inspectors International (RPII), and all playground safety inspections are conducted in accordance with RoSPA guidelines and the EN 1176 standard for playground equipment. Following every inspection, we issue a written report that documents findings, risk ratings, and recommended actions — giving your organisation a clear, auditable compliance record. For high-usage sites such as schools and public parks, we recommend monthly inspections; for lower-usage sites, an annual inspection cycle is typically sufficient. Our inspection service is designed to meet the documentation requirements that procurement teams, risk managers, and local authority contracts commonly demand.

Surfacing Options

  • Rubber Mulch: Rubber mulch is a loose-fill surfacing material made from recycled rubber, suitable for use around a wide range of play equipment. It provides effective impact attenuation and requires relatively low maintenance compared to woodchip alternatives

  • Wet Pour: Wet pour rubber surfacing is a seamless, poured-in-place solution that creates a durable, slip-resistant surface around playground equipment. It is commonly specified for school and council sites where accessibility and longevity are priorities

  • Artificial Grass: Artificial grass offers a clean, consistent surface that is safe underfoot and requires no mowing or seasonal treatment. It is a practical choice for sites where a natural appearance is required alongside low ongoing maintenance demand.
